The 30 day challenge improves on what Wii Fit offered in the way of setting goals. Whereas Wii Fit just asked you how many pounds you wanted to lose, EA Sports Active will set you 20 min daily routines that increase in intensity as the days go on.
There are 30 programmes/activities and 3 levels, easy, medium and hard. Once you've finished the 30 day challenge on easy, it's time to go up a level until eventually you can complete the hard level.
